Who We Help

If you are a current client of the Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries (NCM) and are in need of additional financial
assistance please complete the form below. Once the form is submitted a case manager will review it and get back in
touch with you to discuss your request.  This is NOT emergency assistance- the qualification process will take time. 

VERY IMPORTANT:

• This application is for current NCM clients only and is only for requests for rental, mortgage, or utility assistance.
• NCM does not pay for extended stay hotels and we do not assist with securing housing. Please reach out to
