Prescription assistance is help in paying for your or your childโs medications
We understand that there may be circumstances which would cause our clients to be unable to pay for or afford their needed prescriptions. In 2019, Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries offered 239 clients prescription assistance.
See our Eligibility for Service page to be sure you have ALL the materials you need to seek assistance, to see the areas we serve, to be sure you qualify for service, and on how to reach us for service.
For Prescription assistance, you must provide a photo ID, current bill in your name, and current prescription or prescription bottle with a refill.
We cannot fill prescriptions for some controlled substance drugs.
We are also able to refer our clients to other agencies who may be able to assist further.ย
