Are you passionate about helping others and bridging language barriers? We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with our upcoming English classes, running from February 18th to May 20th. Classes will be held every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
This is a wonderful opportunity to interact with clients who are eager to learn and grow.
Volunteers do not need to speak another language but should have a passion for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Many of our clients struggle with identifying basic needs and figuring out how to make their income cover their expenses. If you have experience coaching others on the basics of money management and using current budgeting tools, NCM’s Financial Management Team has a place for you. Hours are flexible depending on client requests for assistance. Coaching sessions with clients can be held in person here at NCM, on the phone, or via zoom.
Are you detail oriented and enjoy clerical work? NCM needs YOU! Volunteers do various office tasks such as data entry, filing and answering phones. Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and computers would be helpful. The ability to speak Spanish would be great but not required. Hours are flexible.
If you have a desire to help feed those who are in need, please consider hosting a food drive and delivering the items to NCM. Please see our Critical Food List.
While many of our clients speak good-enough English, sometimes it’s easier for them to explain their situation and understand how NCM can help in their native language. Spanish-speaking bilingual volunteers are needed to help translate for those clients. Help is needed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Tuesday evenings between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and the third Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
